I have one user who can't access their mail box. I have deleted and
reinstalled. This did not work. They get the message "Unable to open your
default e-mail folders. You must connect to your Microsoft Exchange Server
computer with current profile before you can synchronize your folders with
your offline folder file." What does this mean? I am very new to exchange.
The user can connect to the DC and work as normal with the exception of their
outlook client. We are using Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003 on the client
side. with all service packs to date. Thanks for any help or direction.
