Sql 2005 express advanced services won't install

Getting a wierd message trying to install SQL 2005 Express on a Windows
Server 2003 SP1 box.

The box had SQL 2000 Desktop Edition but I need reporting services so I tried
to install 2005 version with advanced services. The details are below but it
says the master log is full? I tried modifying the settings on the fly but
it would not work.

So I uninstalled all versions of SQL and tried a new install.... still same
error...tried cleaning up the old data files after uninstalling again....
still get error...tried named instance ... same error... tried to let install
run its course and modify master log file settings....would not let me
connect?
