Exchange 2003 event sinks

We have developed an agent which can pick up mailbox events from a
registered event sink. The events we pick up are when mails are moved to
different folders under the inbox. deletions etc. However we now want to see
when a delegate user logs on to the mailbox and accesses mail as opposed to
calendar. We can see delegate user logons via the Windows event logs but we
cannot see which part of the mailbox the delegate user is traversing/reading.
Is there any way we can see this via the event sinks or WMI?

2. Problem with Workflow Event Sink Component on Exchange 2003

The familiarise myself with workflow programming, I setup the Order
walkthrough in the XP Office Developer. It worked perfectly. Then I created a
new public folder and started on my own application. But I can't save a new
project, it just hangs. On the Exchange Server 2003 System event log I found
the message that the DCom failed to initialise. I then tried to start it
"manually" from the Component Services manager and receive the same event.
Why? What does this mean?
