ADO and Access programatically?

ADO and Access programatically?

Does anyone know of a web site with a tutorial that walks you through
manipulating an Access database using ADO programmatically? I mean
everything from declaring variables and objects to adding and deleting
records. For some reason this keeps confusing me. In fact, if anyone
knows of several different web sites that do this, in different ways,
that would be absolutely positively fantastic!!

Googling for "vb6 ado tutorial" (sans quotes) produced 82900 results
& the first one looks pretty good.

Thanks,
