Thanks for the reply, Al. I'll be sure to direct future threads to the
dotnet groups.

Yes, it does run successfully from a SQL prompt, with the exact same
data passed in. Any other thoughts?

Please disregard this message. I was able to resolve the issue by using
the Cmd.ExecuteReader() instead of the Cmd.ExecuteNonQuery method.
