Retrieving shape BoundingBox coordinates using custom units(points

Is there a way to retrieve the BoundingBox coordinates in point units, rather than in inches?

My project is using point units rather than the default inch units, but the answer will still be in inches.

Currently I grab the coordinates with the following C line:
pCurrentShape->BoundingBox(visBBoxExtents, &nLeft, &nBottom, &nRight, &nTop);

If anybody can shed some light on the subject, it will be highly appreciated. Thanks
