Offline Help

What if you have a tree setup and in one project (global
function) you have files that are used through out all of
your projects. You have two projects A and B which have
files from the global functions, and they are shared
through VSS. You go leave for a week but you need to
still program in projects A and B. So you check out all
of the files from the root project getting Global
Functions, A, B and other projects. You make changes to
project A and a shared file from global function in
Project A. Then you go to Project B the changes didn't
show up from the global functions file. Is there a way to
sync all of the files that you are working on from Global
Function, Project A, and Project B while staying offline,
giving all of your projects the lastest data from each
other, and if so HOW?

In this case, you really need to reference the same file from both projects,
not use sharing.
