Hi,
I've configured the Exchange server as follows.

1. set the server name as SERVR
2. sets the Domain as Eostek.local
3. sets the organization as Eosgroup
4. add and configures the SMTP server for eostek.com


After these i added my users eg. aneesh.r in the active
directory and configures there mail accounts. Thru outlook
i am able to send emails to any of the accounts. But can't
receive the mails from the eostek.com. Actually the mail
id looks like this ' XXXX@XXXXX.COM '
pls help me.
Also i need to configure my the chat service also

The MX record for eostek.com points to an IMail server (63.99.224.18), is
this correct?, how are you collecting the mail from the IMail server?
