I am moving my web server from one Win2003 Web Edition server to a new
Win2003 Web Edition server. I thought there might be an easy way to migrate
the DNS from one box to the other (since same OS), but I have scoured the KB
and found nothing relating to 2003.

Anyone know of any resources to get this done.

How many zones?
If just one or two you can create a secondary zone on the new server getting
zone data from the old server. Then change the zone type to a primary.
If you have a lot of zones you can export them to a directory, move the
directory to the new server then import them to the new server, using
dnsdump.bat available from here: www.reskit.net/scripts
