for .. some reason... on my win 2k system I (
administrator ) cannot change the folder view.
Or I should say that the Toolbar & Standard buttons have
disappeared!
And I cannot get it back iether by means of the
Control Panel > folder options , or right clicking up in
the window bar area, nor is View > folder able to work.

This problem is only for administrator , not other users.
