W2K/XP 'upgrade' ALL NTFS drives they see to fs version 3.1. This will make
you can not longer run NT4 checkdisk. As far as I know you can not downgrade
it again, wait! I think I read somewhere in the past the
www.partition-manager.com can do that, you'd have to check with them.
