Hello all, interesting problem, if anyone can help I'd be very much
appricative, also it might be of help to people who haven't experienced it
yet but will! :)
Running SBS 2003 and offline files for my users My Documents as SBS likes to
do, they all have laptops and so this works very nicely, until now.
Just had a phone call from a user who after syncing then shutting down his
laptop last night on the network a, has discovered after booting up this
morning that there are *no* files in his My Documents folder! not had a
chance to look at the laptop as the user is working away, and I can't see
anything obvious in the logs. It's happened once before with a different
user and was fixed at the next sync, but this is hardly ideal if the user is
away for a few days! The files are all fine server-side.
Not sure where to start looking for the solution to this one, any
suggestions would be most helpful!
