Sounds like they are talking about TCP/IP, never heard of DCP/IP. Rebooting
your machine will reset your TCP/IP settings.

We have a server that is on a relay blacklist. The black
list says to get off the list that we must reply to an
email sent to XXXX@XXXXX.COM (where ip.ip.ip.ip
is the IP address of our email server).

I cannot get Exchange to accept the incoming email. I
setup an SMTP alias of ' XXXX@XXXXX.COM ' but the
Exchange server appears to respond with a no-relay error.
