I have 2 users that cannot access their Inbox thru a
Outlook 2000 cleint on a Win2k workstation. When the
Inbox is clicked, the message appears "Unable to open the
folder". They can use OWA and look at their Inbox items.
I have tried Outlook 2000 and Outllok 2002 and am unable
to view the Inbox with these two users. Can't find
anything in the Knowledge base, is there something I can
do on the server side to fix this? I have run all of the
standard utilities and the problem does not get fixed.
