exchange 2000 web server login issues behind cisco cache

We have four businesses having issues logging into their
Exchange Server 2000 via the WEB using our cable modem
service. The login prompt repeatedly appears without the
ability to pass authentication. We can bypass our Cisco
content and cache engines in order to allow login
successfully. This is a work-around and not a solution.

To complicate matters, we do have several other businesses
able to use their web login to Exchange Server with no
issues. There are no setting or physical connectivity
differences between these clients and those that cannot
connect. Is there a setting issue on the Exchange server
that these few businesses must change? Is it the cache
engines and the type of authentication specified?
etc? Cisco has no explanation of this issue in the
past since most servers can log in. (Told it is an
Exchange issue!)

Any information would be appreciated.

Thanks

We had this problem with NTL and any PC with IE6 we fixed
it by changing the proxy cache to BT in IE6
the
businesses
server
